The Almond of Noto
Almonds are the undisputed star of Sicilian pastry making and beyond. Thanks to their nutritional properties, almonds are now a valuable addition to plant-based protein diets. A delicious, healthy fruit rich in nutrients, our company grows them on the hills of Noto using strictly organic methods. Five cultivars are planted: Tuono, Pizzuta, Fascionello, Romana, and Chirricupara, each boasting the organoleptic qualities conferred by their biodiversity. Noto's almonds are a Slow Food Presidium.

Verde Ibleo
Verde Ibleo is a superior-quality organic extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered and obtained by cold pressing olives harvested at the moment. The blend of varieties used for our olive oil is a range of : 60% Moresca, 20% Tonda Iblea, and 20% Verdese. Verde Ibleo enjoys official recognition as a D.O.P. Monti Iblei - Val Tellaro.
